What's the minimum commitment?

12 months for custom HQs. For ready-built dedicated floors, six months is sometimes possible.

How does pricing work?

One monthly fee per seat or per square meter, all-inclusive. We line-item it so finance teams can see exactly what's in.

Can we have our own branding?

Yes — that's the whole point. Reception signage, wall graphics, meeting room names, all your brand.

Do we get a dedicated IT setup?

Yes. Separate VLANs, your firewall rules, your domain. Optional Single Sign-On for door access.

What about compliance and procurement?

Saudi-registered entity, full VAT compliance, vendor onboarding documentation ready. We've been through every major procurement process in the Kingdom.
