White Space was founded in 2014 in Jeddah with a single belief: that where you work shapes how you work. A decade on, we operate 5 branches across Riyadh, Jeddah and Al Khobar — and we’re proud to be part of Saudi Arabia's journey to becoming the world's leading business destination.

Our story

White Space was established in Jeddah in 2014 as a company specialising in office solutions all over the Kingdom — built on a hospitality-first philosophy and a belief that flexible, worry-free workspace is a right, not a luxury.

We grew because our members grew. From our first Jeddah location we expanded across the city — HQBP Tower, Randa Tower, Al Khayyat Center — then followed ambition to Riyadh and Al Khobar, establishing a presence in the Eastern Province’s commercial heart.

Today, White Space operates 5 branches in 3 cities, home to thousands of members — from one-person startups to the Saudi offices of global corporations. We remain independently Saudi, privately operated, and obsessed with the quality of the workspace experience.

What is White Space?

We offer serviced and furnished working spaces that enable our community to succeed in an inspiring work environment — founded in Jeddah in 2014.

What does the monthly fee include?

All plans include: furnished space, super-speed Wi-Fi, business-class printer, complimentary beverages, cleaning, security, hospitality service, 24/7 access, business address and free meeting room hours. All utilities covered — one invoice, no surprises.

What are the contract options and discounts?

Minimum contract is 1 month. Longer plans save you more: 5% off for 3 months, 10% off for 6 months, 15% off for 12 months. Monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual options are all available.

Are there cancellation fees?

No cancellation fees. If you terminate early, an administrative fee of one month’s rent applies. Your security deposit is returned within 30 days of moving out, provided there are no damages.

Can I transfer between locations?

Yes. Your membership can be transferred to any of our 5 branches in Riyadh, Jeddah or Al Khobar — just coordinate with our team.

Is there a mobile app?

Yes — the WS App is available on iOS and Google Play. Use it to book meeting rooms, view invoices, manage your team, and access all member benefits from your phone.
