How do you track that the lead came from me?

The broker portal generates a unique referral ID. As long as your name or the ID lands in our CRM before the client signs, the deal is yours.

What if two brokers refer the same client?

First-touch wins. Whoever's referral lands first is credited. This is shown in your portal in real time so you know your status.

When do I get paid?

Once the client signs and pays their first invoice, you're on the schedule. Payments go out on the 5th of every month, for 12 months.

What if the client cancels early?

You keep what you've earned through the cancellation month. We don't claw back paid commissions.

Can my brokerage sign as a firm rather than individual?

Yes. We sign firm-level partnership agreements with the larger commercial brokerages in the Kingdom.
